We are four young fun loving people with a room for rent in beautiful barrio Bellas Artes right in the center of Santiago. The apartment is about two blocks from metro station Bellas Artes. And very near from many museums, cafes, markets, bars and parks of this artistic neighbourhood, and it’s very close to many of the most important universities like U. Chile, and U. Catolica (if you re coming to study). 

The apartment itself is great. To start its huge (around 250 square meters). With a big terrace. It has 5 rooms, and 4 bathrooms. You would have your own fully equipped room and bathroom. 

We are four friends (one girl and three guys) who are studying and/or working. We are all from Chile and we talk English.  We like having fun (not as in an insane party 24/7 kind of thing) so we´d like an outgoing person to live with. so just locking yourself in your room forever would be a big no no.

somos 4 jovenes que ofrecemos una habitacion para arriendo en el hermoso barrio Bellas Artes, en el centro de Santiago. el departamento esta a 2 manzanas del metro y muy cerca de museos, cafes, supermercados, bares y parques en este artistico vecindario. ademas esta muy cerca de importantes universidades como U. de Chile y U Católica, por si vienes a estudiar.

el departamento es grande, cerca de 250 m2. con una gran terraza, 5 habitaciones y 4 baños. tu tendrias tu propia habitacion y baño equipadas.

somos 4 amigos (1 chica y 3 chicos) que estudiamos y/o trabajamos. todos Chilenos y hablamos ingles. nos gusta pasarlo bien (no en forma descontrolada ni todos los dias) asi que buscamos a alguien entretenido. asi que encerrarse en la habitacion para siempre sera un gran no.
